Description

The Ladkani Office Solutions Building certified LEED Gold in 2019 is a remarkable example of how office buildings can integrate sustainability. The project consists of a four-storey building with an underground parking.

Brief

EcoConsulting consulted on LEED Gold for the Ladkani Office Solutions (LOS) building. Our involvement lasted from the design phase till the end of construction and the LEED certification achievement. Our team has advised on water, energy, transport, indoor environmental quality, and other sustainability criteria.

Our team executed a dynamic thermal model and a 3D daylighting model that optimized the design to achieve high energy and lighting efficiency. Additionally, the building integrated solar PV panels to source part of its energy needs from renewables.
