The International College PreK building was built in the early 20th century. A major overhaul was needed to reflect IC's vision in education and sustainability. It was decided to keep the project's outer envelope and renovate the interior sustainably. The renovated building has a healthier indoor environmental quality, better energy performance, more spacious classrooms, and improved water efficiency.
The EcoConsulting team has been actively advising & supporting the project team since many years, from early design till the end of construction, to obtain the LEED Gold certificate.
